SUNDAY CONFESSIONAL: Origin Story

On Verbal Tap, we occasionally talk about our own personal training experiences. While I’m not afraid to bring it up, I don’t like it to overshadow the athletes we interview or the analysis that we try to bring to weekly events. Over the years, however, I have noticed that a number of the people who have tuned into our show on a weekly basis have taken a liking to hearing about some of the things I bring up about my own training regimen.
Which is why I thought it might be cool to do something a little different. I thought it might be cool to do a weekly segment called SUNDAY CONFESSIONAL where I describe to you a little bit about the ups-and-downs of my own BJJ game.
Nothing too crazy, but I’m pretty open to talking about how terrible I am at this sport.
This week is all about origins. I walk you through where my journey began and even give you a little insight as to how I inadvertently developed my game many, many years ago.
I hope that if you like it, you’ll give us a like, follow, and a subscribe on all of our channels. Thanks much in advance and let me know what you’d like to hear me talk about next!
